Most of Shipping Lines Change the Formula Calculation of 20’dv (include HPL)

Please be advised that most of SSL has change the 20’dv Formula Calculation from 0.8 to 0.85/0.9 from Oct/15.

The fixed rate we are using now are also affected by the new rule of HPL.

The SSL apply the 20’dv formula calculation is 0.9 is as below:
APL     All shipment to USA/Canada apply 0.9 of 40’dv as the formula calculation for 20’dv,  which cover all USWC/USEC/IPI/RIPI from Oct/15.
EMC     For USWC/USEC port to port, they keep 0.8 as the formula of 20’dv, for IPI/RIPI, is applying 0.9 of 40’dv as the formula calculation for 20’dv since 2013
Zim     For USWC/USEC port to port, they keep 0.8 as the formula of 20’dv, for IPI/RIPI, is applying 0.9 of 40’dv as the formula calculation for 20’dv  From Sep/15
HJL     For USWC/USEC port to port, they keep 0.8 as the formula of 20’dv, for IPI/RIPI, is applying 0.9 of 40’dv as the formula calculation for 20’dv  from Oct/15
NYK     For USWC/USEC port to port, they keep 0.8 as the formula of 20’dv, for IPI/RIPI, is applying 0.9 of 40’dv as the formula calculation for 20’dv  from Sep/15
OOCL    For USWC/USEC/Chicago/Dallas/Houston, they keep 0.8 as the formula of 20’dv, for other IPI/RIPI, is applying 0.9 of 40’dv as the formula calculation for 20’dv

The SSL apply the 20’dv formula calculation is 0.85 is as below:
HPL  all shipment to USA/Canada is applying 0.85 of 40’dv as the formula calculation for 20’dv,  which cover all USWC/USEC/IPI/RIPI from 2014/Oct/15.

So far the SSL keep the 20’dv formula calculation as 0.8 is as below:
